Billy Harris
Billy Harris is the founder of APT, using over 20 years of field experience to guide and manage the firm. He earned his degree in Architecture in 1999 and has been licensed since 2004. He is located in Norman, Oklahoma and can often be found out on Lake Thunderbird with his family.
Heather Rae Voltin
Architectural Intern and animal enthusiast, Heather Rae completed her Bachelor's of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma in May of 2018.
Formerly living in St. Louis, she now resides in Norman with her husband Patrick. Actively working toward her architectural license, you can find Heather Rae in the office during the week or volunteering for Norman's low-cost spay/neuter clinics in her free time.
